Process

Timeline
We need a minimum two weeks‘ notice to schedule work depending upon the complexity of the project.
This is a best-case scenario and only possible when we have capacity and resources. Our timeline to begin designing starts only after we receive final text.
For manufactured items, a month at minimum is required. Note that vendors have their own timelines, and we have no control over shipping dates or production timelines.
Commonly Asked Questions
Do you provide services for the entire University? No. We serve our Supported Groups.
Is there a fee to use OLC Creative Services? No, we do not charge any fees. Your team is responsible for items you purchase from vendors.
How do we request services? Use the “Request Services” button on each page of this website.
Can we make our own documents? Yes, but they must be accessible. Our team takes care of accessibility for you in compliance with federal and state requirements, and UTA’s 2030 strategic plan.
Can we edit the documents after you make them? No, it will break the accessible structure we created for you.
How do we communicate with your team? Please respond through the ServiceNow ticket for all requests. We send order updates from our shared mailbox. Please don’t directly email one of us. This ensures everyone on our team can see progress updates and notes for each project.
