Digital Collateral

Digital Graphics
Promote your service, project, or event with digital graphics to use in Teams, on social media, websites, emails, MavWire, and the UTA events calendar.
(If you need several of these, you may want a Communication Kit instead.)
Note that QR codes are left off of digital graphics because there isn’t enough space. People looking at the graphic on a computer won’t want to scan it with their phone. People on their phone can’t scan a QR code from the computer screen where the graphic is shown.
Teams Backgrounds
We can create virtual backgrounds to use in Microsoft Teams.
Digital Signage
We design graphics for monitors across campus.
Users make their own digital signage reservations.

Icons
We create icons for various applications including MyMav and MyApps
We coordinate with OIT to get the graphics added to the appropriate platforms.
MyApps
- 215×215 px
- PNG-8 for 8-bit
- no text (except for vendor logos)
- images are scaled to 64px
- there is text below each tile in MyApps
- MyApps tiles standards are set by Enterprise Architecture
The tiles have borders added by our team. This is what the borders mean:
- #0064B1 (blue) for that tiles are added by UTA for any user including students
- #970e48 (burgundy) for tiles that are used for testing or not for production use
- # C45517 (dark orange) for tiles that are restricted to just employees, non-students

MyMav
16×16 px SVG or PNG icons
Digital Flyers
Digital flyers are letter-size.
They must be accessible and can be printed or distributed online.
Users cannot edit digital flyers themselves. They must be designed and edited by our team to maintain the document’s accessibility.
Digital flyers are not replacements for webpages. (See PDF or Website?)

Timeline
We require two weeks‘ notice to schedule work.
We start designing after we receive final text.
