Sometimes clients need changes after providing final sign off on their documents.
If changes are needed:
- Verify you have all the users’ changes.
- Break all text threads or delete items from the Articles panel.
- Release anchored objects as needed.
- Make the users’ changes.
- Repeat the step to Finalize with Accessibility to check your file before exporting.
- Repeat the step to Perform Post-Process in Acrobat.
- Continue to Test the Document.
