Client Testing

  1. The completed form is provided to the client requesting the work.
  2. The client repeats the process to tab through each field and types demo text into each field to ensure the fields tab in the proper order. They ensure all fields they want “required” are marked as such and the fields function as desired.
  3. If changes are needed, the team repeats the preceding phases as necessary (design, programming, internal testing). until all changes are reconciled.l
  4. If there are no further changes, the client provides final approval.

Deployment

The PDF form is published online, hosted in SharePoint, or uploaded to Adobe Sign.
